Who we are

Swan Suites is a small, independently hosted collection of short-term rentals in Lakeland, Florida, operated by Vic & Joanna. You can reach us at hello@lakelandswan.rentals.

What we collect

• Booking details. When you book direct, our booking partner Hospitable collects your name, contact info, stay dates, and payment info to process the reservation. We receive the reservation record; we do not store your card number.
• Messages you send us. If you email or message us, we keep that conversation so we can respond and support your stay.
• Essential cookies. Our host (Cloudflare) sets a bot-management cookie (__cf_bm) to keep the site safe from abuse. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

To take and manage your booking, communicate about your stay, keep the site online and secure, and meet legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that make the site and stay work: Hospitable (booking & guest messaging), Stripe (payments via Hospitable), Cloudflare (hosting & security), and email providers. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

Reservation records are kept as long as needed for tax, accounting, and guest history — typically up to seven years. Support messages are kept until they are no longer useful. You can ask us to delete records that we are not legally required to keep.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop using it. Email hello@lakelandswan.rentals and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes

If we update this policy we will change the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
